Everything from one source: Belinea brings uniform design to the desktop

Marl. 27 August, 2007 – MAXDATA is taking a unique concept and preparing its Belinea brand for the future. From early September, in addition to the well-known monitor brand, Belinea will also be offering notebooks under the same name. In addition, there will be three Belinea brand product lines to choose from.  Each line is specially oriented to the needs of the different target groups and has a unique, uniform design. From notebooks to monitors, mice to external keyboards: everything matches perfectly.

Starting in September the new Belinea products will be available under the names o.line, b.line and s.line. “The goal of the new Belinea concept is to offer users a uniform design for all IT products found on their desktops in order to achieve a harmonious and sophisticated image. This approach is unique in this market as far as I know,” explains Thomas Stiegler, Chief Executive at MAXDATA AG. Each line is specifically tailored to meet the needs of the different target groups, which makes it easier for customers to find their way among the variety of product offers. Whereas the o.line has a young and fresh design that appeals to consumers, the s.line products are designed for users with the highest demands in terms of design and technology.  "As a business-to-business specialist, it goes with out saying that we continue to serve the classic business customers like we always have. These customers will find the b.line offers custom solutions well in tune with the requirements of working life," Thomas Stiegler continues.

The o.line
The o.line is the line for curious trendsetters. Modern users who enjoy a fresh design have come to the right place. The o.line provides technology that is uncomplicated and has a flexible range of uses. All products in this line have a young, trendy look to satisfy the highest demands in terms of user-friendliness.

The b.line
The b.line is the line for professional users and represents business computing in its most modern form. Excellent service, current technology and an outstanding value for money are all united in this line. All products have a classic and timeless design, offer high compatibility, are durable and robust – ideal for meeting the needs of business travellers. 

The s.line
Users with high standards for design, technology and exclusiveness will find the s.line to be the ideal product: select, high-tech devices with esprit. Exclusiveness, top performance and long-lasting as well as trendsetting elegance are combined.  This sophisticated line is well-suited for both professional as well as home use.

Different feature levels within the lines offer customer and seller alike an additional aid to orientation, allowing them to more easily, quickly and decisively choosing the appropriate product.

Levels 1 to 2: Products with this feature level meet the generally high demands for performance, technology and ergonomics.

Levels 3 to 4: Products with these levels are particularly well-suited to sophisticated and professional work situations. When it comes to technology and ergonomics, they are always up to date.

Levels 5 to 6: These levels offer high-end products in every respect: they are even able to handle the highest demands with ease and are certain to impress with their high-end quality. Components of the highest technical level are guaranteed.
